Las c\u00e9lulas de un Linfoma No-Hodgkin aparecen como una poblaci\u00f3n distinta de c\u00e9lulas que deben distinguirse de las c\u00e9lulas mesoteliales y de las c\u00e9lulas inflamatorias o de los leucocitos sangu\u00edneos. La leucemia linfoc\u00edtica cr\u00f3nica y los linfomas linfoc\u00edticos bien diferenciados pueden incluir un derrame pleural formado por linfocitos peque\u00f1os y redondos.
